Naturally mindful in the mountain world of the Dolomites

We live in harmony with nature - and are mindful of what we give back to it.

Most of our electricity comes from a nearby source: a photovoltaic system on our barn in Santa Cristina provides our home with solar energy. There is also an electric car charging station in the garage - so you can stay environmentally conscious even when you are on the road.
And with the Guest Pass, you can also use all public transports in South Tyrol free of charge - convenient, relaxed and climate-friendly.

For breakfast, we prioritise regional and - where possible – products that are not packaged.
For example, we serve eggs - if possible - from our own hens, which we keep at our farm in Santa Cristina with great care.

We also use environmentally friendly, biodegradable cleaning products.
To conserve resources, we collect rainwater.
It goes without saying that we separate our waste - carefully and consciously.

Many of the wooden features in the house - such as the lamps - are carved by Emanuel himself.

A place has been created that is relaxing and leaves you a good feeling.
