Booking
Your booking will be confirmed once we have received a deposit of 30% of the total price into the following account:

As soon as we receive your confirmation and deposit, your place to blossom at Aretia is secured.
Payment
Payment on site or advance payment by bank transfer.
Cancellation
Flexible & fair
Even if the holiday cannot take place as planned:
- Up to 90 days before arrival, you can cancel free of charge.
- From 89 days before arrival, the deposit is forfeited (unless we can re-let at short notice, in which case we will offer you the possibility to re-book).
- From 31 to 16 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount
- From 15 days before arrival: 80% of the total amount
- For last-minute cancellations (from 14 days before arrival), no-shows or early departures: 100% of the total amount
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance, for example through “Europäische Reiseversicherung”, to ensure that you are covered in case of an emergency.
Cancellations must be made in writing and confirmed by us. Italian law applies; the place of jurisdiction is Bolzano.

For our small and four-legged guests
We welcome dogs in our Aedes and Tramontis apartments, subject to availability and an additional charge of €10.00 per day. To ensure that everyone feels comfortable, we kindly ask you to observe the following guidelines:
- Please bring your own dog bed or transport box
- Dogs are not allowed on the bed or sofa (please cover them with a blanket)
- Our towels are for humans only
- The breakfast room is a dog-free zone
- The garden and lawn around the house are not a dog toilet
- Your dog should not be left alone in the apartment all day
- You are liable for any damage caused by your dog
Important: We have a cat in the house
The following rules apply to all public transports (buses, ski buses, lifts): dogs must be kept on a leash, large dogs must wear a muzzle, dogs are not allowed to sit on seats. You can find all official information on keeping dogs in Val Gardena here.
