It does not take much to really enjoy a winter holiday: All it needs is a sledge, an old traditional hut high up the mountain, and the perfect toboggan run.

The Rasciesa funicular offers fun and variety on a 6 km-long, excellently prepared toboggan run that passes through snowy forests. You can rent toboggans at the lower station of the Rasciesa funicular.

The Alpe di Siusi also offers numerous attractive toboggan runs.

The Alpe di Siusi is reachable with the Monte Pana chairlift (3 minutes walk from the Residence Garni Aretia) and a bus connection from Monte Pana to Saltria.
